I'm a 20 year old Women's Studies major at Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, New York.

I know that I have white privilege, class privilege, physically-able privilege, and I usually have conditional cis-passing / binary-passing privilege. I work to be aware of those and reconcile them, but PLEASE call me out if I say or do something problematic. I will do my best to listen and change my behavior accordingly.

You don’t have to, but think of it this way: spending the $6-10 on my book would be like an investment in a potentially famous writer of tomorrow.  And when one of my stories gets developed into a major screenplay, I could meet with Tom Hiddleston, or James McAvoy, or Jennifer Lawrence to discuss casting them in my film.  And I would remember that you bought a copy of my book before I was famous, and bring you to that meeting.

And then you would meet Tom Hiddleston, or James McAvoy, or Jennifer Lawrence.
